Meeting Rooms

We have a variety of spaces available. If you already know which space you would like to rent, submit an online request here or call the Business Manager at 922-6061. You can learn more about our rentals below to see which space fits your needs best. Please review our Meeting Room policy prior to booking a space.

Once your booking is approved, you will receive an email with the final payment amount. Follow the link provided to pay online.

CAMDEN NATIONAL BANK CONFERENCE ROOM

The Camden National Bank Conference Room is located in the Allen Business Center on the second floor. This room fits six people in a quiet and private space and is $15 an hour. Submit a booking request. 

EDWARD O. DARLING FAMILY CONFERENCE ROOM

The Darling’s Conference Room is located in the Allen Business Center on the second floor.  This room fits eight people in a quiet and private space and is $15 an hour. Submit a booking request.

NORMAN MINSKY LECTURE HALL

The Minksy Lecture Hall, located on the third floor, fits 50-70 individuals. This room is perfect for panel discussion, business retreats and most gatherings. The hall is available for rent in three hour increments. Submit a booking request.

BOARD ROOM

The Board Room, located on the first floor, fits 15 people. This room is perfect for business meetings, presentations, etc. The room can be rented for a minimum of a two hour rental. Submit a booking request.

LAURENCE E. CROFUTT COMMUNITY ROOM

The Laurence E. Crofutt Community Room, located on the first floor of the library, holds 30-40 people comfortably. This room is perfect space for gatherings of all kinds. It is available for rent in three hour increments. Submit a booking request.

COMPUTER LAB

The Computer Lab is located on the first floor and is used for all of our computer classes. The lab has integrated presentation software and is available for rental upon special request. For more information on pricing, contact the Business Office.
